Getting online to watch one-to-two minute videos posted to Buzzfeed’s ever-popular Tasty page on Facebook seems to be a past time of most who are looking for an easy way to eat at home.

Walmart saw the potential in the brand’s popularity and started selling Tasty merchandise in March 2018. The inexpensive line offers 90 products. Now to further expand on their partnership, Walmart is collaborating with Tasty for easy, shoppable recipes. According to Walmart, customers can now get the entire ingredients lists from more than 4,000 recipes featured on Tasty right to an online grocery cart with one click.

The feature is available at the mega-retailer’s more than 2,500 locations nationwide, and 1,100 stores offer delivery right to customers’ homes.

“Finding that perfect recipe, creating a grocery list and finally getting to the store can keep any chef out of the kitchen,” said Janey Whiteside, Chief Customer Officer, Walmart. “We’re excited to create a fun solution that feeds customers appetites to put time back in their busy schedules all while saving money with Walmart’s everyday low prices.”

Shoppers can download the Tasty iOS app and get access to all 4,000 recipes. The Tasty app will then direct users to Walmart’s Grocery App or to Walmart.com/grocery to view and purchase the recipe’s ingredients.

“From watching a mesmerizing Tasty video to cooking it in your own kitchen, the missing link is buying the ingredients. More than two-thirds of our audience have made a Tasty recipe and 90 percent of American live within ten miles of a Walmart store, so we’re excited to build upon our partnership with Walmart and provide a new feature that will solve the pain point of grocery shopping and make it even easier for our audience to cook their favorite Tasty recipes,” said Ben Kaufman, BuzzFeed’s Chief Marketing Officer in a press release.

According to Walmart, the Shoppable Recipes feature is the lastest addition to BuzzFeed and Walmart’s partnership. Walmart also stated that later this year, the retailer will launch Tasty-brand products in Celebrations, Dry Grocery, Deli, Frozen Meats and other departments.

“Shoppable recipes is powered by the Northfork platform which seamlessly integrates Walmart’s website and app with Tasty’s recipe content,” Walmart wrote in a press release. “This feature is the first of many upgrades to the Tasty app that will continue to deepen Tasty’s partnership with Walmart and sweeten the shopping experience for the Tasty audience.”
