Halo Infinite

How to Register for the Halo Infinite Beta

With E3, players finally managed to get a bit more insight into the upcoming next entry in the immensely popular and famous Halo franchise, Halo Infinite. The year-long delay from its initial release date was a heavy blow for many fans, admittedly, 2021 is a good year for the release, being the 20th anniversary of both Halo and even the Xbox brand.

But more important than any of that is the fact that there’s a beta coming up for Infinite this summer prior to its full release, and there is of course a way for prospective players to get into it. According to the developers, it should be a fairly easy matter to sign up for this beta, though it’ll be even easier if we talk about how to get in.

New E3 Details About Rainbow Six Extraction, Including a Release Date

Rainbow Six, arguably one of the most successful of Tom Clancy’s many properties, has had many iterations over the years. However, there’s no doubting that Rainbow Six Siege is the most popular and successful of those iterations, heavily focusing on character-centric team-dependent multiplayer in a series that had previously possessed far more single-player content.
Lots of people really like Siege, in no small part due to the many unique Operators it has to offer. But a lot of people also wanted to see some of those characters in actual stories, in gameplay that wasn’t purely competitive multiplayer. Ubisoft apparently got the memo, perhaps due to that successful co-op Outbreak event a few years back, and now Rainbow Six Extraction is on its way…

Xbox Series X

Finding an Xbox Series X|S in June 2021

Even many months after its debut, finding an Xbox Series X|S is not particularly easy. Even though they are sporadically restocked at a number of retailers, they tend to be bought out very quickly, even if the stock is in the form of a very expensive bundle. Making matters worse is the way restocks often occur without much notice, so a lot of people don’t even know stock was available until it is sold out again.

Nier Replicant Game

Remastered Nier Replicant Game Review

While Nier: Automata highlighted the discovery of humanity in a world that almost forgotten it, Nier Replicant is about the struggle and burden to preserve the little bit of humanity the world has left. Being a Nier game, there is a consistent melancholy that follows the characters of Nier Replicant. Players get to see how tragic life can be, but if all the game’s conclusions are completed, it ultimately reveals the poetic beauty of life, hard though it may be…

Disney Lightsaber

Disney Has Created A “Working” Star Wars Lightsaber

Since the day after Star Wars shook the world and changed cinema forever, enthusiasts and scientists alike have pondered what it would be like to own a real lightsaber. Sure, the plastic, telescopic light up version you can find in the toy section are one thing, but they fall short in many ways. Apart from those, you’ve got the expensive metal replicas that, while pretty cool, are often beyond the casual fan’s financial means. Even scientists forayed into the topic of creating a real lightsaber. Considering how popular Star Wars is and how iconic lightsabers are, it’s always been disappointing that they were purely fantasy.

Developer Naughty Dog Says The Last of Us Remake Is Being Worked On

Thanks to a new report from Bloomberg, a lot of the behind-the-scenes projects going down at PlayStation have been revealed, at least to an extent. That includes a whole lot of information, but for us, the most important of all that information is the fact that Naughty Dog is apparently working on a The Last of Us remake. That’s the most noteworthy to us, but we’d be remiss to not mention that Days Gone studio Sony Bend is apparently working on yet another Uncharted game. Unfortunately, Days Gone is not going to get a sequel, according to the report.

Turns Out That E3 2021 Will Be Completely Virtual

E3 is a gaming expo that has long been a major part of the community. Unfortunately, with scandals in its leadership and problems caused by COVID-19, it goes without saying that E3 has been in a tight space for quite a while. There was a teaser of sorts last week, but the Entertainment Software Association has officially announced their plans for the upcoming E3, which they have described as “reimagined” and “all-virtual.” This year, this all-virtual event is going to be from…

GameStop Stock Reddit

GameStop (GME) Is Up Over 6500% Over The Last Year – Does That Mean The Company Is Actually Doing Better?

It wasn’t that long ago, so most everyone probably remembers the Reddit fueled Wall Street battle for GameStop that happened earlier this year. Thanks to very large number of people trying to bump up the chain’s value, GameStop’s stock value is actually ten times higher right now than it was at the beginning of 2021. One might think this was actually a good thing for the company, having good value after the debacle that was 2020, but unfortunately, this stock increase has very little to do with the actual performance of the business. This is made pretty clear by GameStop’s fourth quarter and 2020 fiscal year results.
