It turns out that Ubisoft has enacted a change to the Collector’s editions of three very anticipated Xbox titles for those living in the UK. If you are a UK resident and you pre-ordered the Collector’s editions for Watch Dogs: Legion, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, or Far Cry 6 for the Xbox One, you will no longer receive a physical copy of the game. The Hotly Anticipated Halo Infinite Has Been Delayed

A lot of games have been getting delayed over the past few months: Cyberpunk 2077 got delayed more than twice, and lots of other titles suffered similar fates. However, no one expected one of the most hotly anticipated games of 2020 to get delayed, especially since it is the flagship title for the Xbox, and has been for twenty years. That’s right: Halo Infinite has been delayed until 2021. As for why, Developer 343 Industries stated that a major reason for the delay was the shift to work-from-home operations, and that it will give the team the time to “deliver a Halo game experience that meets our vision.”

You Can Get Hulu For Cheaper If You Pay For A Yearly Subscription, But There’s A Catch

As of right now, Hulu subscribers that use the $6 per month plan, which includes ads, can save money by purchasing a yearly subscription at $60. Naturally, that year subscription will also include ads, so don’t go thinking you get out of that bit. All in all, it’s not great savings, simply taking the overall cost down by $12 over the course of the year, but paying $5 a month for Hulu is still better than paying $6. Simple math. Moreover, this new subscription price will ensure that Hulu remains particularly budget-friendly for the whole family, a title it’s had for some time now anyway.

Microsoft has allegedly warned Xbox Series X developers against charging for DLC upgrades from the Xbox One to the generation that will succeed it. The intent seems to be disincentivizing publishers from charging money for a service that Microsoft wants to be a serious aspect of their Smart Delivery platform. Naturally, Microsoft wants the smoothest transition possible between console generations, with no barriers to players keeping their games when moving to the Xbox Series X. Xbox Hints That Halo Infinite Will Have A Much Different Structure Than Previous Halo Games

Without a doubt, Halo Infinite is one of the most hotly anticipated games of the upcoming holiday season, at least as far as the Xbox is concerned. This isn’t really surprising considering the nature of Halo as one of Microsoft’s flagship series. And yet, very little has been revealed about the game, with the public only seeing a few cinematic trailers. Xbox has said that the game will be significantly different from previous Halo games, but of course we can still expect the game to look and play like a Halo entry, but Xbox’s Phil Spencer recently made a few hints about how the game will be structurally different from the Master Chief Collection, though it’s a little unclear what he is implying.

Thanks to the Coronavirus, numerous different events that were supposed to take place this year have been cancelled. Many of those events have been game-related of course, since gathering in one place is always quite dangerous, but surprisingly, EVO 2020 is getting cancelled for something else entirely.
EVO 2020 was supposed to be held online this year because of the aforementioned COVID-19 situation, but it wasn’t supposed to be cancelled. But now, it, unfortunately, has been. That’s because it was reported that EVO CEO Joey Cuellar was being placed on administrative leave due to more than one accusation of sexual misconduct. The Supposed Cheaper Version Of The Xbox Series X Will Actually Have The Same CPU As The More Expensive Model

It has been quite widely reported prior to now that Microsoft is planning to release a second next-generation Xbox that is supposed to be a less powerful version that lacks a physical media drive. But another report has revealed that this may not actually be the case.
Tom Warren of The Verge, who has accurately reported on unannounced Microsoft products in the past, has claimed that the CPU for the cheaper and supposedly inferior version of the next-gen Xbox will have “the same speed as the Series X.” That said, Warren did confirm that this cheaper console will have a different GPU frequency and CU count.
