Stadia Is Getting 3 More Games
Considering that Stadia’s greatest weakness is the relative lack of games available to it, it’s always good news to hear that it will be getting a few more. That said, Stadia will be getting three more games added to its arsenal soon enough, those three games being Republique, West of Loathing, and Monster Boy and the Cursed Kingdom. These three games will add an extra title to the line art comedy, sci-fi stealth, and 2D platformer genres. Even better, these three games are all spoken about in relatively high regard.
Google Stadia will be Adding Five more Games Soon
Google Stadia originally launched with a somewhat scant array of games, especially considering how hyped up the service was. But the letdown was fixed pretty quickly, and Google has announced that five more games will be coming to the service in the coming months, 3 of which will be timed exclusives. Games coming this spring and summer include Spitlings, Stacks on Stacks (On Stacks), and Lost Words: Beyond the Page. However, no release dates for these particular games have been announced yet. That said, we do know that these games will be released on Stadia before they become available on any other platform, so Stadia will be the first place to gain access to them.
Google Stadia’s Launch Lineup has Expanded to 22 games Instead of 12
When Google revealed the launch lineup for its soon to be released Stadia game streaming service, people were understandably concerned; it only had 12 games, some of which weren’t all that new or even that demanding in terms of processing power, which was kind of Stadia’s whole selling point. In fact, the initial response to the Stadia launch lineup was so lackluster that Google is making a last ditch addition to the whole thing; ten extra games will now be available at launch, barely a day before said launch actually occurs.
Google Stadia’s Initial Launch is Surprisingly Lackluster
The twelve games that have been revealed for Stadia’s launch lineup are as follows: Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, Destiny 2: The Collection, GYLT, Just Dance 2020, Kine, Mortal Kombat 11, Red Dead Redemption 2, Thumper, Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition, Rise of the Tomb Raider, Shadow of the Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition and Samurai Showdown.
