As one of Nintendo’s — and recently North America’s — best-selling consoles, the Nintendo Switch is one of the best gaming consoles for the price. Finding the right deal and bundle can be difficult, but here’s a list of some of the best online and in store deals available now.
Amazon
Amazon is currently offering Neon Joy-Cons at a discounted price of $69.00 ($10.99 off of in store price) for the pink and green controllers through Amazon Prime. Additionally, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, one of the system’s best-selling games, is available at $49.94 ($10 off in store price). The traditional grey Joy-Con is also available for a discounted $66.99 through Amazon Prime.
Best Buy
In await for Luigi’s Mansion 3 release, Best Buy has conjured up a special deal for an exclusive green Joy-Con, available Oct. 27 in stores ($79.99). The game goes on sale for $59.99 Oct. 31. For collectors, this may be a deal you don’t want to miss. Best Buy also has a special on Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Super Mario Bros and Super Mario Odyssey for the Switch. If you can’t spring for a new Switch, Best Buy offers certified, refurbished Switches for a reduced price of $259.99.
Walmart
By far, Walmart has the best deal on this bundle. The Super Mario Kart 8 Deluxe bundle, including the console and game sells for $40 fewer than competitors. Walmart also has a bundle that includes steering wheel covers, Joy-Con covers and a charging station for the Joy-Cons for $394.99. You can even snag the traditional red and blue Joy-Cons for $66.99 online.
Gamestop
On Wednesdays and Saturdays, consumers can get a great deal online at Gamestop.com. Online, you can get a new Joy-Con (just the left one though) for $15.99. Gamestop also offers pre-owned and refurbished Switches for $259.99 online and in store.
Target
Target is also offering a special deal with the release of Luigi’s Mansion 3 Oct. 31. With the purchase of the game, you get an exclusive Luigi’s Mansion 3 canvas bag. Target also has Super Mario Odyssey and Super Mario Party available for $49.99 each online. Here’s one color combination I haven’t seen before. Target is offering a special purple and orange Joy-Con combination at ($79.99). Although it’s not a deal, it could be an exclusive color choice.
There should be more deals coming up for Black Friday. Best Buy has already put a link on their site for Black Friday deals. We’ll keep checking to see what’s to come next month.
