Virtual reality is slowly coming to the masses, particularly as far as video games are concerned. The main reason for that is mostly the hefty price of a VR headset, as there’s really no such thing as a cheap one. But, if you have the capital needed to take your first step into virtual reality gaming, the Oculus Quest All-in-One 128GB Gaming Headset is an excellent choice of product for you.

The product has many outstanding features that make it easy to use, but also very powerful for VR gameplay. For one, it’s ready to be used right out of the box, foregoing the need for complicated setup with no wires or anything of the sort. All that is needed to do that is the Oculus mobile app, which is available on many platforms. Further cementing the ergonomic simplicity of this device is the insight tracking: the headset can track and reflect your movements in virtual reality without relying on any other external accessories to make that happen, cutting down on how many products you need to buy.

For your hands, the Oculus touch controllers accurately track their movements and reflect their gestures and actions, providing a new depth of interactivity to a wide variety of games that some other setups can’t match. At the very least, you don’t have to buy external items to go along with the headset like you may have to with other products, which of course saves you money.

Finally, there’s the scope of the play environment. The Oculus Quest works in conjunction with your surroundings, meaning you can play your VR games without having to adjust your environment to accommodate the equipment. You can play the game standing, or sitting, or in spaces both small or large. Now admittedly, the product is expensive, coming in at approximately $689. However, this is not a mark against the Oculus Quest, as an expensive price tag is simply the norm for VR related headsets. You aren’t going to find such a product dirt cheap, and it is not as though the Oculus Quest is monumentally more expensive than its counterparts. Moreover, it pays to keep in mind that the Oculus Quest is an All-in-One product: as mentioned previously, it does everything you need to play with VR, which means you don’t have to spend money on outside accessories like you may have to with other products.

Finally, there is the most important thing to consider, seeing as how this product is almost identical to some of the other Oculus Quest gear we have reviewed on this site. The main difference in this one and the others is the 128GB of storage. Like all games, VR games are constantly growing in size.  Some games are 13GB alone. So, the more storage you have, the more games you can have downloaded at once. This is the main contrast in the different types of Oculus Quest headsets.
