The Outer Worlds will be Available on Nintendo Switch in March
Despite the initial idea that the Outer Worlds would potentially be an Xbox exclusive title, we’ve known for some time that it was coming to the Nintendo Switch (and it released for a bunch of other platforms besides). However, we didn’t know exactly when this was going to happen; until now. Fans of outer space capitalism can rejoice, because the Outer Worlds will be available on March 6th, which isn’t too terribly far off.
Microsoft Considers The Outer Worlds an Xbox Exclusive Franchise
Hype is pretty high for The Outer Worlds, which releases on Oct. 25th for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC, while a Nintendo Switch version is set to be released at a later date. But while the initial game is being released on various different platforms, you may not be able to play the sequel on anything other than Xbox. At least, that’s the statement from Xbox Studios Head Matt Booty.
