Spring is here; flowers, pollen, allergies, and most importantly, major savings on video games across all platforms. For instance, over 2,500 games are taking part in GOG’s Spring Sale, meaning now is the time to capitalize on all of your PC gaming desires. This sale will be running until March 30th, so you still have plenty of time to get your hands on games like Hollow Knight, Stellaris and XCOM 2.
But of course, when this many games are on sale, there are bound to be treasures and not so great choices. In fact, the majority of games on sale are probably things a lot of people don’t really care for. But the good news is that there are many great titles on sale as well. For instance, several Witcher games are on sale, with Wild Hunt at $15, Thronebreaker for $10, and the Witcher 2 available at an astonishing $3. Even for a past generation game, that’s an amazing price.
Strategy games like the aforementioned XCOM 2 and Stellaris are on sale, as are many RPGs, like Divinity 2: Original Sin is 50% off and Disco Elysium is $10 off. The latter received amazing reviews from many websites and gamers, so getting it at $30 instead of $40 is pretty good.
There’s not really much more to say about all of this: we can hardly list all of the games that are on sale and we’ve already told you how long you have to take advantage of the sale itself. Just rest assured that you can find plenty of games in any genre you desire at GOG’s Spring Sale, making now a very good time to dip into the disposable income and bring home a number of great titles for your PC gaming needs.
